CDT Remodeling has been built on a foundation of craftsmanship, dedication, and trust since its founding in 1985. What began as a specialized tile installation business, started by Brian Brennan, has grown into a full-service interior remodeling company known for quality and reliability.
Over the years, CDT Remodeling has evolved to meet the changing needs of homeowners, expanding its expertise while staying true to its original commitment to doing the job right. In 2012, Brian’s son, Mike, joined the company, bringing new energy and perspective while continuing the family tradition of excellence.

Brian Brennan
President
Brian founded our company in 1985 with a vision that hard work, communication, attention to detail, and knowledge are the cornerstones of success.
With a steadfast commitment to doing projects the right way, Brian takes great pleasure in overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that every detail is executed to perfection. His passion for excellence and dedication to quality have been instrumental in building our company's stellar reputation.
Mike Brennan
CEO
Mike joined his father's company in 2012 after graduating from Virginia Tech and has been instrumental in its growth and success. He is deeply involved in all aspects of the business, from sales and client design to project management.
Mike is very hands-on and upholds the same core values of hard work, communication, attention to detail, and commitment to quality that have defined the company since its inception. His dedication and expertise continue to drive the company forward.
Dan McHale
Project Manager
Dan brings over 15 years of construction experience to the CDT team, with a deep background in both the electrical and plumbing trades. As a licensed master electrician, he combines technical expertise with a hands-on approach to managing projects from start to finish.
Dan is known for his strong problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate challenges with practical, on-the-ground solutions. His well-rounded trade experience and attention to detail help him in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
