Project Synopsis
This is a very exciting project for the CDT team. Brian and Mike did the design and build on complete house remodel on a personal project. This modern farmhouse has everything you want in a house. The kitchen first floor has an open concept and tall ceilings to make the space feel enormous. As you go upstairs the primary bedroom has a breath taking bathroom and large walk in closet. The secondary bedrooms each have their own custom bathrooms with modernized large format tiles. On the top floor you would never guess you were in the attic based on the heigh of the ceilings. There is plenty of room for two bedrooms and a beautiful guest bathroom. CDT is licensed for all interior renovations. This project was a personal project by Brian and Mike.
