Project Synopsis
This was a full condo renovation. On the first floor, two walls were removed in the kitchen and the electrical panel was relocated, allowing a galley kitchen to be transformed into a large open concept kitchen that opens into the living room, making the condo feel much larger. The floors were removed and new hardwood was installed. In the upstairs, an unfinished attic was converted into a master bedroom, guest bedroom, and laundry room. This condo went from a one-bedroom one-bathroom to a custom three-bed two-bath condo.
