This luxury condo renovation completely reimagined the original one-bedroom, one-bath layout to maximize space, light, and livability. By converting the attic into a full primary suite, the home gained a private retreat featuring a generous walk-in closet and a stunning primary bathroom. Textured tile adds depth and visual interest, while sleek gunmetal plumbing finishes bring a modern, sophisticated edge to the space.
On the first floor, the kitchen was opened up to improve flow and create a seamless connection to the living area, making the condo feel significantly larger and more inviting. White oak cabinetry introduces warmth and natural character, balancing clean lines with organic texture. The true focal point of the kitchen is the backsplash—a fluted terrazzo-look tile that delivers subtle movement and just the right amount of drama without overpowering the design.
The first-floor bathroom continues the elevated design language with rich, moody dark wall tile that creates a bold yet refined atmosphere.
