Consultation and Quote
First, we’ll have a conversation about your remodeling wants and needs. With everything in mind, we’re able to give you our best counsel on the designs and materials that will meet your dream home remodeling requirements while staying within your budget. We pride ourselves on providing a realistic assessment of what your budget will allow while also creating a space you’ll truly love. After our consultation, we will provide you with a quote in one to two business days.
Design Work and Approval
When you approve the designs and sign the contract, Brian or Mike will personally meet you at the various vendors (e.g., cabinet suppliers, tile, plumbing fixtures, etc.), each of whom have their own designers who further help you refine and improve the plan. Before construction begins, we get as much of the new materials onsite to make sure we can perform the project smoothly and on time.
Get to Work
Throughout the entire project, Mike or Brian constantly check in and meet with the home contractors so everything stays on track. The contractors we work with know the CDT process well and are adept at working as an efficient team. Respecting your time is very important in helping us meet your expectations. In addition, our team ensures that floors are protected and dust build-up is prevented. We clean up our work each and every day to remain respectful in your home.
Final Approval and Payment
Once we finish the project, we accept final payment at the end of each job only once you are completely satisfied with the remodeling project.
